The Site, the Clear EDC platform, and our consultancy services are designed, marketed, and provided exclusively for business, academic, and institutional use (e.g. Clinical Trials Units, biopharma companies, Contract Research Organisations). All content, design, code, graphics, logos, and materials on the Site are the intellectual property of Clear Clinical Solutions Ltd or our licensors. "Clear EDC" is a trading name and mark of Clear Clinical Solutions Ltd.

When utilising our Site, including submitting the "Request Early Access" or "Consultancy Intake" forms, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are prohibited from:

Clear Clinical Solutions provides software and data management consultancy for clinical research. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Site and our software are strictly administrative and data-capture tools. Responsibility for clinical trial conduct, patient safety, and regulatory submissions rests entirely with the clinical trial sponsor and principal investigators.
